The System
We designed the dashboard to support three roles: Administrators, Trainers, and Members. Each role has customized views. The server handles token-based session safety, schedules physical training sessions, and routes monthly subscription payments via Razorpay APIs. An embedded recommendation script analyzes member profiles to output tailored workout plans.
Impact
The platform replaces manual spreadsheets, automating gym administration, membership renewals, and class scheduling with high operational reliability.
